Manager, CRM Strategy

The GENERATOR team within Sony DADC is responsible for creating customer-facing applications and web experiences that allow entertainment brands and media assets to connect directly to fans. In a rapidly evolving digital space, the group is responsible for exploring new opportunities and defining the future of digital discovery and consumption. The GENERATOR network supports hundreds of web properties, generates millions of dollars in revenue, and spans platforms such as ecommerce, mobile distribution, artist websites, social networking, media streaming, and more.

 

This position will play a key role in defining GENERATOR’s email marketing strategy for proprietary and client databases, with a focus on maximizing database growth, engagement, retention, and revenue.

  1. Responsibilities:
  2. Develop, plan and execute CRM campaigns designed to drive customer activation/reactivation/loyalty.
  3. Drive calendaring, messaging, testing / optimization, audience selection, creative development, and analysis for CRM campaigns
  4. Design, develop and deploy pilot programs, conduct A/B and multivariate testing which supports the business learning needs and integrate findings into new campaigns;
  5. “Own” broader strategic initiatives, e.g., loyalty program, lead generation and scoring systems, email contact strategy, as assigned.

Producer

The GENERATOR team is currently seeking a Producer, reporting directly to the Executive Producer. This team member will act as a primary producer for artist web initiatives executed by Generator.  They will work directly with Generator’s clients and internal team to evaluate, optimize, and execute digital marketing projects.  They will plan, manage, and lead multiple and simultaneous projects, including but not limited to, rich media, landing pages, custom and template-driven websites, design overhauls, domain/DNS issues, contests, UGC promotions, third-party integrations and email campaigns.  The Producer will manage the project schedule, production release process, resource planning and utilization, and is responsible for delivering projects on spec (according to wires and comps), on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge of web production and development processes including scope definition, platform architecture, user experience, web technologies, content development, and analytics, as well as a strong knowledge of social networking, mobile, and other marketing tools.
